On Saturday, November 7, 2026, fans, alumni, students, families, and members of the community are invited to Will Rogers High School for Inside the Outsiders — 60th Anniversary Event, a unique day devoted to the movie, the history behind the story, and the Tulsa locations that helped bring The Outsiders to life.
This isn't just a movie screening. It's an opportunity to experience The Outsiders from the inside.

A Day for Outsiders Fans

See the classic movie on the big screen in the Will Rogers High School auditorium, hear behind-the-scenes stories and memories from movie extras, explore the history of the novel and its extraordinary impact, and tour places at Will Rogers High School connected to the story and film.
Whether you've loved The Outsiders for decades or are discovering it with a new generation, this will be a memorable opportunity to celebrate one of Tulsa's most enduring cultural legacies — at Will Rogers High School.
